Ownership was transferred to the National Railway Historical Society in 1978 and this steam engine currently pulls excursions on former East
Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia roadbed for the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Locomotive #610... part of the
Norfolk Southern Railway "21st Century Steam" program... is illustrated emerging from the 980 foot long, hand dug, 1858 Missionary Ridge,
Horseshoe Tunnel. This watercolor was painted for a Bella Terra Maps publication.
