Liberty Bell Series 800 Trolley . Lehigh Valley Transit . Quakertown National Bank . Agency . MediaDynamics . Pen & Ink . 14" x 17"

... illustrated near Zion Hill, headed toward Brick Tavern... the Lehigh Valley Traction Company's Series 800 cars
were purchased from the Jewett Car Company of Newark, Ohio, in 1912. They often ran as tandems of two or three cars
and were the latest in interurban trolley design at the time. Liberty Bell trolley service from Allentown to Philadelphia
continued until September 7, 1951.

This original pen & ink drawing of a Lehigh Valley Transit Company, Series 800 Trolley, was created for
the 1983 QNB calendar.

A Giclee Print is available of this pen & ink drawing / railroad art.
